Shipping and Returns
Miguelina accepts the following credit card payment options: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Paypal. The total dollar amount of your order and transfer of funds will occur at the time your order is placed.
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Miguelina will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12PM EST will begin processing that day and will ship within 3-4 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Miguelina does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or federal holidays. The following holidays are observed:
- New Year's Eve
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- President's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- July 5th - Day after Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
Miguelina is unable to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
If you refuse delivery of any order placed on Miguelina, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
Unfortunately International Shipping is not available.
EXTENDED RETURN POLICY FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON
For orders placed between 11/15 and 1/15, we are pleased to offer extended returns within 60 days of receipt of your order.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Miguelina order, thus we will accept your return of product in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your order. Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Please note, we only accept returns that were purchased via this website. Miguelina will not accept orders that were purchased from other retailers.
MAKING A RETURN
- Send an email to email@example.com with your name, the order number and the reason for the return.
- Send the item back to us, using the prepaid return label we will email you
- We will process your refund as soon as we will have received the returned item and gone through our quality control checks.
- All goods must be returned in original, unused and resalable condition, with all hang tags and boxes, Miguelina reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
